01Our approach

The best aesthetic work is the kind no one can point to. We plan fewer, better-placed treatments over time, so you look like yourself on a very good day.

  1. Restraint over volume

We would rather under-treat and refine at your follow-up than overdo it. Natural movement and expression are always the goal.

  2. A plan, not a menu

We look at your skin as a whole and map treatments across months, so each one builds on the last and your budget goes further.

  3. Honest answers

If a treatment won't give you the result you want, we'll tell you, even when the best advice is to do nothing at all.

03Medically led

Medically led, by design.

In California, injectables and medical lasers are medical treatments, and they must be supervised by a licensed physician. You should know exactly who that physician is.

Medical Director & owner

Dr. Mira Okafor, MD

Board-certified dermatologist

Dr. Okafor owns the practice, writes every clinical protocol, trains our nurse injectors and reviews each new treatment plan. She is on site every treatment day and personally manages any complication.

  1. Physician-owned and supervised

Oriel is a physician-owned medical practice, the structure California requires for clinics that offer medical treatments.

  2. A good-faith exam comes first

Before any injectable or laser treatment, our physician or nurse practitioner reviews your health history and examines you, as state law requires. It happens at your consultation, so there's no extra visit.

  3. Licensed hands only

Injections and lasers are performed only by our physician, nurse practitioner and registered nurses. Our esthetician focuses on facials, peels and skincare.

  4. Authentic products, always

We buy injectables only from manufacturers and their authorized distributors, and we're glad to show you the box and lot number.

  5. Ready for the rare complication

Every treatment room has a written emergency protocol and filler dissolver on hand, and every client gets a direct after-care line.

06Questions

Before you book.

Can't find your answer? Text us at (650) 555-0173 and a nurse will reply.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary and takes about 30 minutes. You'll meet our nurse practitioner or physician, talk through your goals, and leave with a written plan and pricing. There's no obligation to book a treatment.

Who performs the injections?

Only licensed medical professionals: our medical director, our nurse practitioner or our registered nurses, all working under Dr. Okafor's supervision. Our licensed esthetician performs facials, peels and dermaplaning, never injections or laser treatments.

Will I look overdone?

Not if we can help it. We start conservatively, especially at a first visit, and see you again at two weeks to refine. The goal is that people notice you look rested, not that you've had something done.

How much do injectables cost?

Neuromodulators such as Botox® and Dysport® start at $14 per unit, and treating the forehead and frown lines together typically takes 20 to 40 units. Dermal filler starts at $750 per syringe. You'll get an exact, itemized quote at your consultation.

Can I have treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We don't offer injectables, most laser treatments or stronger peels during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. We do offer pregnancy-safe facials, and we're happy to plan other treatments for later.

Are your lasers safe for darker skin tones?

Yes. We treat every skin tone, choosing the laser and settings for your skin type, such as an Nd:YAG laser for hair removal on deeper skin. When it's the safer choice, your provider will do a test spot first.

Do you offer financing or memberships?

Both. Monthly payment plans are available through third-party lenders, subject to approval. Our membership includes a monthly facial or treatment credit, plus members' pricing on injectables.

What is your cancellation policy?

Consultations are free to reschedule. Treatment appointments are held with a $50 deposit that goes toward your treatment, and we ask for 48 hours' notice to change or cancel.
